Rachel
Rachel brings over 8 years of experience and a deep passion for Pilates to Grand River. She is committed to Josef Pilates' core principles - alignment, movement, and posture, and believes that anyone who moves daily is an athlete.
Rachel discovered Pilates as a means of healing after major surgeries and learning to navigate life with ADHD. What began as her path to physical recovery and mental clarity became a calling. In 2021, she earned her Reformer Pilates certification through Balanced Body, driven by a desire to share its transformative impact with her community.
