Movement should feel as good as it is effective. What sets our classes apart is the experience. We’re a welcoming, thoughtfully designed space overlooking the Grand River. Our classes are capped at 6 making them intimate and focused. Our instructors genuinely care about how you feel when you walk in and when you leave. We always aim to challenge you in a supportive, community-driven environment that’s build for every body.

Stretch Flow
Reformer Level 1  ·  No experience required

Looking to move, lengthen, and reset? Stretch Flow is a gentle, introductory reformer class focused on improving flexibility, mobility, and body awareness through fluid movement and deep stretching. Foundational reformer movement patterns introduced in a slow, accessible format.

No prior reformer experience required.
Low Flow
Reformer Level 1  ·  No experience required

The perfect starting point for anyone new to reformer Pilates. You'll be guided through foundational movements, proper form, and beginner reformer techniques in a supportive, approachable environment.

No prior Pilates experience necessary.
Mid Flow
Intermediate  ·  Studio approval required

Designed for clients ready to progress beyond foundational reformer movement. Mid Flow builds on the principles learned in Low Flow while introducing more advanced exercises, transitions, and challenges on the reformer.

Minimum 15 Low Flow classes at our studio and/or previous reformer experience required.
Studio approval is required prior to participating. Contact our team with any eligibility questions.
Reformer Bootcamp
Advanced  ·  5 Low Flow classes required

Combines the intensity of a full-body HIIT workout with the control and precision of reformer Pilates. Fast-paced, energizing classes featuring cardio bursts, strength work, mat exercises, and dynamic reformer sequences. Equipment including weights, rings, balls, and dowels throughout.

Minimum 5 Low Flow classes at our studio required before enrolling.
Higher-energy, faster-paced class designed for clients comfortable with foundational reformer movement.

LowTide Ride
Beginner  ·  All levels welcome

Your entry point to spin. LowTide Ride focuses on building confidence on the bike, learning proper setup, and moving with the rhythm at a comfortable pace. Supportive coaching, motivating music, and a feel-good sweat. Riders at any stage of their fitness journey are welcome.

MidTide Ride

Designed for riders ready to increase endurance, confidence, and intensity beyond introductory cycling. Features rhythm-based intervals, resistance climbs, speed work, and more advanced ride combinations. Expect a challenging and energizing ride that will leave you stronger, sweatier, and empowered.

High-intensity cycling combined with full-body strength training. Powerful intervals on the bike paired with off-bike strength work using weights, followed by a deep stretch to finish strong.
