Not sure which class to book?

  • New to spin or looking for a smooth, approachable ride? LowTide Ride is your entry point. This class focuses on building confidence on the bike, learning proper setup, and moving with the rhythm at a steady, comfortable pace. Expect great music, supportive guidance, and a feel-good sweat!

    Participants are invited to join us at any stage of their fitness journey.

    What to bring:

    • Water bottle

    • Indoor Cycling shoes (if you have them, otherwise runners work fine)

    • Energy + a positive attitude 

  • Mid-Tide Ride is an intermediate Spin class designed for riders ready to build endurance, confidence, and intensity beyond foundational cycling. Rhythm-based intervals, resistance climbs, speed work, and more advanced ride combinations.

    What to bring:

    • Water bottle

    • Indoor Cycling shoes (if you have them, otherwise runners work fine)

    • Energy + a positive attitude 

  • Get ready to spin, sweat, and strengthen! Our Spin Bootcamp is where high-intensity interval training meets the ride of your life. We’ll crank up the energy with power bursts on the bike, add in mixed weights for strength training, and finish with a deep, feel-good stretch to leave you balanced and recharged.

    This isn’t just a ride—it’s a full-body bootcamp that will torch calories, build endurance, and push your limits in the best way possible. You’ll leave class buzzing with energy, proud of yourself, and maybe even a little addicted to the rush.

    Our Cycling Bootcamp classes are fast-paced, high-intensity, and fueled with music and motivation! New to cycling? We suggest trying at least 2–3 LowTide Ride classes first to get comfortable with bike setup and technique before jumping into Bootcamp.
