Reformer Schedule

Not sure which class to book?

  • No prior pilates experience is required. You will be safely guided through the beginning principals of Reformer 1 Pilates movement and formations.

  • This is our intermediate class. You're ready to join this class if you have participated in at least 15+ 'Low Flow' classes and/or you have prior Reformer pilates experience .

    Here, you will be challenged to grow upon what you would have learned from attending Low Flow classes with the introduction of Medium advance (1.5-2) Reformer Pilates movements!

    Please Note: As of November 2024, Pre-approval from our studio is required in order to participate in a Mid Flow class. The minimum threshold in order to participate is 15 Low Flow Classes in our studio. Please reach out to our team directly if you have any questions.

  • You have particpated in a minimum of 5 LowFlow classes in our studio prior to enrollment. Next, get ready to have the duality of H.I.I.T. workout coupled with the Reformer as we go through a high flow of exercises and movements! Lets get that heart pumping with some cardio, weights, mat work and the Reformer! You leave feeling energized, because you just crushed a full body workout!

    Please Note: Our Reformer Bootcamp classes are fast paced and energized. We use a myriad of pilates equipment (i.e. weights, dowels, spicy rings and balls). We suggest doing at least 5 LowFlow classes in our studio prior to enrolling in a 'Reformer Bootcamp' class. 

  • Ever wanted to feel a good stretch whilst moving your body?

     

    In our StretchFlow classes, you will be on the reformer doing a creative spin on moving and the goal is to stretch your muscles and ligaments. StretchFlow is an introductory level Reformer 1 class which is designed to STRETCH it all out through movement on the reformer. No prior reformer pilates experience necessary.
