Do I need Prior pilates experience?

No, all are welcome in our studio. We suggest enrolling in our introductory class level: LowFlow if you are new to our studio or pilates, we’ll welcome and guide you from the moment you arrive!


Which class level should i start at?

If you are new to pilates, we suggest taking at least one private session, where you will have 1:1 guidance prior to starting in a group setting. You may request to book a private session here prior to starting in our lowFlow classes.

If you feel comfortable participating in a group class with up to 6 participants, we suggest starting In our lowflow classes, these are introductory reformer pilates classes. here, you will learn the foundations of pilates. we suggest regular attendance to fine tune the mastery of the 9 pilates principals.

If you have extensive previous experience in pilates, we still suggest taking a lowflow class to start off again and from there, move into a midflow class.

I haven’t moved my body physically in 1+ years…

In short, who cares, if you have the physical capability to move your body and you have a willingness to find mastery within your physical body, then you are able to join one of our classes. we suggest starting with a few private sessions, which you may request to book one here.

Do you offer free introductory classes?

no, we do not, however, we do offer promotions throughout the year for new members!

which class pack is right for me?

We suggest attending 2-4 times per week for your best growth and development in pilates. Here is our breakdown for our class packs

10 class pack - you attend 2x’s per week

5 class pack - you attend 1x per week and one week per month, you attend 2x

Low Flow - you attend 1x per week (four classes/month)

Mid TIde Membership - You attend 2x per week (ten Classes) 20% discount on our drop in rate

Rip Tide Membership- You attend 5x per week (20 classes per month) 25% discount on our drop in rate

Private session- $95

3 Private sessions- $285

What should I bring to class?

Am I able to pause/cancel my membership?

We are a studio that has an ethos of understanding. we will make adjustments to the length of your memberships on a case by case basis. please reach out to us directly if you require assistance with your membership.
